Commencing his real estate career in 1969, Barry quickly found his way to working on development sites and was integral in putting together what was to become the Northgate Shopping Centre (The Hornsby Shopping centre prior to the current day Westfield) by negotiating the purchase of 54 of the total 56 properties needed to create the centre. Also, during the 70’s, and into the 80’s and 90’s Barry sold numerous home unit sites to developers. In fact it would be hard (if not impossible) to find any other agent that has sold more, or knows more about Hornsby units than Barry does.
During the past 40 odd year career Barry has received many awards for being an elite sales person for the Ray White Network, and in 2001 was awarded as the No. 1 Top International Salesperson, this was followed up in 2002 when he won the No. 1 salesperson in NSW and since then has received various other accolades and awards up to current year (2009) when he was recognised as the No. 3 agent in the Northern Districts.
