During my time in the commercial real estate sector I have been exposed and involved in all facets of the industry however I specialise in the office and retail markets. I have worked with many high profile clients -both Tasmanian and interstate based as well as been actively involved in the management of many of Tasmania’s premier assets.
I am also an accredited NABERS assessor – a first for a Tasmanian real estate agent – providing both annual building assessments as well as consulting with building owners in relation to refurbishments and opportunities to improve building efficiency.
In June 2014 I was identified as one of the ‘Top 30 under 30’ rising stars in the Australian property industry in a feature article in the Property Australia publication.
I also was a nominee for the PCA Future Directions Tasmanian Future Leader of the year 2012 and was recently awarded the 2017 REIT Commercial Asset Manager of the Year.
